1. General Overview
By accessing our services or visiting our sites, you agree to comply with the terms set forth by KK Raju Green Lands. All property offerings are subject to availability and market price fluctuations.
2. Booking and Payments
Initial Token: A plot is considered “reserved” only upon receipt of the initial booking amount.
Payment Schedule: All subsequent payments must follow the agreed-upon timeline. Failure to meet deadlines may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Mode of Payment: We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, or official digital channels. Always insist on an official receipt for every transaction.
3. Documentation and Registration
Clear Titles: We commit to providing plots with clear titles and required government approvals (e.g., DTCP/CRDA where applicable).
Registration Costs: Stamp duty, registration charges, and any other government levies are to be borne by the buyer as per the prevailing rates at the time of registration.
Legal Verification: While we provide all necessary documents, buyers are encouraged to conduct their own independent legal scrutiny before final execution.
4. Plot Maintenance & Development
Layout Standards: Green layouts and infrastructure (roads, drainage, electricity) will be completed as per the project timeline.
Usage: Residential plots must be used for residential purposes only, adhering to local municipal guidelines and building codes.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
In the event of a cancellation by the buyer, a processing fee or a percentage of the booking amount may be forfeited as per company policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a specified period via the original payment method.
6. Limitation of Liability
KK Raju Green Lands acts as a developer and consultant. We are not liable for changes in government policies, land acquisition laws, or market-driven value fluctuations that occur after the sale.
7. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh.
